2025 Key Dates for the Quiet Lakes:

NOTICE OF QLIA ANNUAL MEETING – ELECTION DAY – JULY 12TH, 2025

• The Annual Meeting and voting will take place at the Town Of Spider Lake Town Hall.
• The hall opens at 9:00am and the meeting will start at 10:00am sharp. VOTING WILL BE ALLOWED UNTIL 10:00 am when the meeting starts. 
• VOTING WILL CONTINUE AFTER THE speaker, Matt Berg has finished his presentation for us and our President Norm Bratteig has made his opening remarks. 
• If you want to vote early and skip the meeting we suggest you get there as early as possible BEFORE the meeting starts. We cannot process voting while the speakers are presenting.
• IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND,  use the absentee process that is already in place. Request a ballot by emailing Perry Cowan at pncowan@gmail.com.
• Addressing the QLIA membership, at approximately 10:00am will be Matt Berg from Endangered Resource Services who is responsible for the EWM bed mapping on our lakes. This service is critical to your association.
• PAID MEMBERSHIP ALLOWS YOU TO VOTE PLEASE. If you have not paid your annual membership dues of $50 please do so before the meeting. This will save all of us a lot of time. Waiting until the meeting causes several delays.
